It took a few minutes to install them and about one hour for everything to settle down. What you hear is greatly improved clarity and better dynamics. It is trite but true that once you have heard them, you will not remove them. I just cannot bring myself to go back to describe what is lost without them. They are expensive but the improvement were it possible to gain in a better amp or speakers would cost you much more. I got these about a month ago.
