At Synergistic Research, our network of authorized dealers consists of physical storefronts, or 'brick & mortar' retailers. Our online dealer locator is currently Under Construction please contact us for your nearest dealer. When or if you are considering purchasing current Synergistic Research products, it is important that you do so from an authorized dealer for several reasons:

Warranties - Your current Synergistic Research product is only covered by warranty if it has been purchased from an authorized dealer.

Upgrades - Your current Synergistic Research product cannot be physically upgraded by our factory if it has not been purchased from an authorized dealer.

Discounts - We assume that the last thing you want when putting together a high-end audio / video system is to purchase and install an inferior product. Unauthorized Synergistic Research dealers may try to sell you products with incredible, too-good-to-be-true discounts.

Service - Authorized Synergistic Research dealers are, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable and up-to-date when it comes to current and future Synergistic Research technology. You will not find a higher level of service than that provided by an authorized Synergistic Research dealer.

There are several ways to determine if your investment in our product can be made with confidence. The easiest way is to contact us. We can also be reached by phone at 1-800-578-6489 (U.S.) or 1-949-476-0000 (International). Also keep the following points in mind before making your purchase:

1. Online auctions - Authorized Synergistic Research dealers do not sell current, used, or discontinued Synergistic Research products on auction websites such as eBay, Yahoo, Audiogon, etc.

2. Online stores - Authorized Synergistic Research dealers do not sell current Synergistic Research products through online storefronts. A dealer may feature our product on their website, but any sale of current products through an online store is unauthorized.

3. Serial Numbers - All Synergistic Research products, beginning with Phase One and on up to Absolute Reference, are assigned serial numbers. Be wary of any product that appears to be missing a serial number or if the number appears to be in any way altered. In most cases, we can determine the validity of a serial number.
