Blue Fuse

This is your system on Blue. Any questions?

The new SR BLUE Quantum Fuse was developed over a two year period and represents our most advanced UEF Technology to date. At its heart is a completely new UEF / Graphene coating that delivers a dramatic increase in resolution and holographic realism over SR Black. And thanks to a new conditioning process, break-in time is cut in half. In fact, a brand new out-of-the-box BLUE Fuse should significantly outperform a fully broken-in BLACK Fuse and it only gets better from there with full performance after 200 hrs of continues power. To find out how good your components really are audition the new SR BLUE Quantum Fuse today.

How fuses alter the sound of your system. For over one hundred years people believed electrons flowed like water through a pipe and that once ‘contaminated’ by miles of wire, there was little or nothing that could be done to ‘clean’ the electricity feeding your components. Consider this: the electricity feeding your system’s components first propagates through a single fuse. This is why significant gains in sound quality are possible when you insert an SR Black or Blue Fuses into each of your components.

Today physicists understand electrons don’t flow at all but rather propagate in a wave of energy that moves along a conductor with a multitude of factors that alters this wave at the quantum level. To understand how electricity travels without electrons ever leaving their respective atoms it is helpful to consider the spectator ‘wave’ at a football match. Even though you can clearly see a wave pattern moving from spectator to spectator as fans raise and then lower their hands (without hands jumping from one person to the next), so too does electricity ‘move’ without electrons ever leaving their atoms. At Synergistic Research we’ve isolated key factors that affect how electricity propagates by changing the behavior of electrons through Inductive Quantum Coupling methods we collectively call UEF Tech. In fact, UEF Tech is so powerful even an electrical chain several miles long is fundimentally improved with nothing more than a single fuse engineered with our patented UEF Technology.

We’re so sure you’ll love what SR Black and Blue Fuses do for your system, we sell them with a no questions asked, 30-day money back guarantee so you can audition SR Black and Blue Fuses in your system risk-free. Then if you’re not 100% satisfied with your system’s performance on SR Black and Blue fuses, return the fuses to your dealer in like new condition for a full refund.

Frequently asked questions.

Q: Are fuses directional?

A: Yes, fuses are directional.  Electricity should flow from the left to the right when you view the fuse.  If you do not know

the direction of flow you should listen to the fuse inserted in both directions.  One direction will sound more detailed.  This

is the correct way.

Q:  Do fuses have a burn in period?

A: Yes, most products have a settling in period.  The first 200-300 hours of use are the most crucial.

2018 Great Audiophile Gift

Even the proverbial “man who has everything” probably lacks a Black Quantum Fuse. No, it’s not a testosterone supplement—just the world’s most high-tech fuse for his Preamp or Power Amp. Unfortunately, it makes for an unlikely surprise gift as you need to specify the size and amperage, as well as slow or fast blow type of fuse. But the improved focus, sense of space and boom it brings to your music will make this a treasured tweak for even the finest system. Priced at $120, it gives you a healthy taste of what Synergistic cables and power conditioners can do for your honey. Need more, persuasion? Check out the review and be sure to give it time to burn in after you install it. Be careful when you open it, too. It weighs practically nothing but it really is hiding inside the foam — have patience, you’ll find it.

Blue Fuse User Review

“My fuse arrived around an hour ago and I wasted no time in installing it into the mains plug supplying all my low power appliances after my incoming isolation transformers.

I am very satisfied with the difference in sound between this blue fuse and the synergistic research black fuse which it replaces. I know that the sound of the new blue is a starting point and it will improve over time but for me there are two major leaps in performance. The bass is deeper and more sustained within a larger more controlled sound stage and the more important point is that the music is more easily processed by your senses to yield a much more passionate and natural and powerful musical experience.

I do think that the black is a different flavour and may still have it’s uses but in terms of supercharging the musical hit the blue fuse is amazing.”

“As has so often been my reward in assessing components lately, they add realism. The recorded event really displaces your speaker wall. And you can hear decay in the room or stage.”(Norm Luttbeg)

Blue Fuse User Review

“First impressions after installing and listening to first CD, the hype about the SR-Blue Fuse is true and accurate as claimed.  Very musical!  Effortless music, with additional musical tones appearing within well known music structure from years of listening to same source CD.

I have used the SR-Black for little over a year, they are well broken-in and oriented to sound their best in a pair of Magnepan 20.7s.  I installed the Blues in the same orientation as Black, thinking the Blues were probably manufactured similar to the Blacks, and what is good for the Blacks should be good for the Blues? I heard a big difference (between Black and Blue) from the first note played.  The Blues are out performing the Blacks right out of the box!  I am impressed!

Information to pass on to your customers.  MG 20.7s use a 5 amp fuse in the mid-range, and a 2.5 amp fuse for tweeter.  When installing directional fuses for best sound, the mid-range fuse must be installed in the opposite direction as the Tweeter fuse.  The crossover I suspect changes the direction of fuse?
Will be having fun breaking in the BLUES!  Switching to vinyl LP next for analog heaven.

Follow-up:
My first impression of the SR Blue fuses installed in Magnepan 20.7 speakers after playing vinyl are as follows:
Sound stage is large, wide and deep, and sounds incredible!  After 8 to 10 hours of break-in time, these Synergistic Research Blue fuses are absolutely, the best musical fuses ever installed in my 20.7 speakers….. sheer dynamic, detailed, and revealing music.  I am super impressed!!!!!!”
