First, was the selection of internal components for the Voodoo Music Streaming Server. A multi-year, meticulous process that prioritized audio performance and system reliability. Every circuit design, CPU, RAM, and storage component was carefully chosen to ensure the highest quality and most musical audio playback. We have also developed specialized software designed to optimize system performance and enhance the audio output. These high-caliber components are not just selected for their technical specifications but for their synergy in creating the most resonant and clear sound possible.
At its core, the Voodoo Music Streaming Server is infused with a patented active EM cell that conditions both the DC and audio signal. The unit is powered by a bespoke internal Linear power supply—a supply that is itself a marvel of SR technology. This meticulous design extends further with a built-in FEQ low frequency generator that biases the signal and allows users to select between different harmonics of the Earth’s Schumann resonance, to fine-tune the soundstage. Choose between a larger-scale, slightly more separated and detailed soundstage or a more focused, slightly more liquid presentation.

A. Any Audiophile streaming music or using digital sources that require an ethernet connection.
Q. What does a Network Router UEF do?
A. The Network Router UEF creates an isolated network specifically designed for your audio system, separate from your smart devices, TVs, appliances, etc.
Q. How does a Network Router UEF work?
A. The Network Router UEF utilizes a combination of advanced SR technologies and components to enhance its performance. It begins with a high-performance router circuit, which is integrated into a chassis made of billet aluminum and carbon fiber. The chassis is further enhanced with carbon fiber footers for vibration control. Internally, the router is equipped with an SR Linear Power Supply (similar to an SR LPS UEF), an Electromagnetic conditioning cell (similar to a Tranquility Pod), a ULF generator (similar to an FEQ Carbon), and a passive ground conditioner (similar to an SR Ground Block). Finally, the unit undergoes high voltage conditioning treatments and is fine-tuned using SR Carbon Tuning Discs placed strategically in specific locations inside.
Q. Does the Network Router UEF have built-in WiFi?
A. The Synergistic Research Network Router UEF does not include internal WiFi functionality. This deliberate omission ensures optimal performance by keeping the WiFi signal isolated from the Network Router. If your system requires a wireless connection (phone, tablet, etc.), it is necessary to connect a separate access point to the SR Network Router UEF. Two easy to set up recommendations are the TP-Link EAP610 and NETGEAR WiFi 6 Access Point (WAX214)
Q. Do I still need an SR Ethernet Switch UEF when using a Network Router UEF?
A. For achieving the highest performance, we highly recommend utilizing both the Network Router UEF and an SR Ethernet Switch UEF together. Although the Network Router can be used to connect your components directly, the SR Network Router UEF and Ethernet Switch UEF are designed to do two different functions. The Network Router UEF creates an isolated network specifically designed for your audio system, separate from your smart devices, TVs, appliances, etc. While the SR Ethernet Switch UEF is designed to regenerate and duplicate the signal generated by the Network Router UEF. By combining the functionalities of both devices, you can attain the ultimate digital playback experience.
Q. Is the Network Router UEF difficult to install?
A. The Network Router UEF has been designed and configured to provide a plug-and-play experience, making the installation process as straightforward as possible. Here are the steps to follow:

- Connect your existing network (modem, router, or switch) to the “IN” port on the Network Router UEF.
- Next, connect either your switch (recommended) or your components directly to the Network Router UEF.
- If WiFi is required, set up and connect a WiFi access point to the Network Router UEF, and then connect your WiFi device to the access point.

After just the first minute of listening to one of my test tracks I’ve got a smile on my face and a very rare feeling that I seem to have caught a Big Fish today! During my 20 years of audiophile life with each new component or tweak you can more or less predict what to expect and usually it works out the way you thought it would. That’s not the case today. The changes I hear seem to have added another dimension to music! It seems to be some kind of Higgs boson in my house which caught me completely off guard. The music flows in a continuous stream so effortlessly, coherently and naturally that I find myself not breathing in my favorite parts. New timbre nuances, tonal textures… dynamic decays and bursts become frighteningly realistic! Surprisingly, with the increased amount of information, realism and accordingly emotional involvement I feel more at ease listening to music .
As if before that all musical elements on the canvas were tangled by some kind of invisible web that hindered them somehow, interfered with their natural freedom. SR Router was a real discovery when it comes to which component is the most important in a system. It is N1 device out of all components/tweaks/enhancements for streaming audio I’ve auditioned to date and an absolute must-have.

I was guided by the amazing Andy Wiederspahn, who suggested that the most immediate changes to the system could be had by a combination of the Galileo Discovery ethernet cable and their UEF Ethernet Switch. They arranged a demo for both. I was excited to hear what was to come.
But, was absolutely NOT prepared for the RESULT. Inserting both into the system transformed it incredibly. The greatest transformation for the least cost I have enjoyed. The imaging became wholly transparent – not more so, wholly. Invisible. Seamless. Positioning of every element was as if in-the-room. Tight. Precise. MAGIC! The relaxed, organic decay of voice and instrumentation became next level, resulting in an ability to hear even the subtlest nuance in a natural, open, un-hyped manner. From classical to rock, EDM, electronic, Pop, Rap, R+B, Soul, etc. = transformative. Everything is meaningfully more so cohesive in ways I have not heard in my very many years of listening. The spectrum of sound reads empirically true and aligned. Which is exactly what I have been working to create for so many years.
It’s moments like these where one must then make the hard decision as to what next to play, discovering the song anew, and then having people keep asking, “Why are you smiling so much?”.
It’s an experience I can’t recommend more. Make you and your ears fulfilled.”

"I have been so fortunate to have worked very closely with many of the legendary artists, producers, songwriters and mixers of our time for over 40 years.
I love music and, particularly music when it sounds great. To that end, I have continually updated and evolved my system of playback. As a rule, one never wants to listen to someone’s work with them and have it sound terrible. It’s a good way to lose major credibility and respect. Far better it sound the best they have heard it. I have been lucky to regularly have that be the case. Studio listening versus audiophile listening is extremely different.
I have a highly evolved and considered playback system working in a great room. I have continued to upgrade it at the highest levels of gear and playback results. Always seeking that next level of audio nirvana….
I had spotted mention of various tweaks online and so queried my audio guru about updating elements of the system with various linear power supplies. He noted a number that would bring a great deal and suggested that a filter in the ethernet path would help meaningfully.

From the opening seconds, I could feel the atmosphere in the venue. The music had a clarity, presence, and natural feel that, for the first time, made me think there was something worthwhile to streaming music. The sibilance was finally controlled. The soloists were so realistic I could feel something like their personalities in their voices. Musicians were solidly placed in realistic, identifiable positions on the soundstage. Jackson Browne sounded like I had heard him on my reference CD & LP rig. And the applause came from real people in the audience.
