The Quattro Full System Power Supply was developed for two reasons:
Performance: Synergistic Research has opened a door into a new world of cable performance with Active Shielding technologies. Mini Power Couplers are the first step into that world, but it does not end there. Through research, we have discovered that applying our AC Power Cable technology to our Active Shielding technology multiplies it’s effectiveness, and thus dramatically improving cable performance. This is achieved with the use of a Quattro Full System Power Supply.
Convenience: Using more than two or three Active cables in any given audio or audio/video system will improve overall performance, but can lead to a dilemma in where to plug in multiple MPCs. The Quattro Full System Power Supply has been designed to power up to 8 Active cables. Multiple Quattros can be daisy-chained together to accommodate any number of Active cables.
